What are our working hours?
We are open on business days between 7:00 and 20:00, and on Saturdays from 8:00 to 16:00.
We recommend booking through our digital contacts for faster confirmation.
Booking and cancellations
You have up to 48 hours before the appointment to cancel free of charge.
- Cancellations between 24–48 hours prior → 50% fee of the consultation value.
- Cancellations under 24 hours → 100% fee.
A booking confirmation will be sent by email and SMS as soon as possible. If you do not receive confirmation, the appointment is not valid. Please contact us if it does not arrive.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Before the appointment:
- Make sure you are hydrated and properly nourished — avoid overeating, but do not come hungry.
- Wear comfortable clothes that allow free movement of your arms and/or legs.
- Feel free to share your concerns, ask questions, and clarify any doubts.
After the appointment:
- Avoid strenuous physical exercise, alcohol, and tobacco. This allows the treatment to reach its full effect.
- You can use our showers after any appointment or training session.
Between sessions:
- Keep track of any changes you notice — this feedback is essential for evaluating progress and adjusting your therapy.
What should I expect at the first appointment?
The first consultation lasts between 1h00 and 1h30 and covers three phases:
Auscultation Your health concerns are listened to and discussed in depth to create a personalised treatment plan.
Diagnosis We ask about your medical history, previous treatments, diet, digestion, sleep patterns, and more. Preliminary screening tests may be requested.
Treatment In Acupuncture, the therapy lasts around 30 minutes — a time to relax and let the treatment unfold. In Osteopathy, the hands-on component is briefer.
What are the possible side effects?
After Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, and/or Osteopathy sessions, some changes are natural. In the 48–72 hours following treatment, you may experience mild soreness, drowsiness, reduced appetite, or less motivation to move.
This is a normal sign that your body is engaging its self-regeneration processes.
